By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This web site and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this web site or the placing of any order through this web site from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between the customer and Flo & Co for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.
If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at: orders@flipflopflo.co.uk quoting your order reference number, date the order was placed and your name. Providing the conditions of our returns policy are met entirely (as stated below) you will receive email confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours from receiving the goods back in perfect condition.
Returns policy
If you wish to return any items purchased online at www.flipfliopflo.co.uk please follow the following steps:
- If you wish to return an item, you must notify your intention to return it, in writing, within 7 working days from the date you received your goods. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
- All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition.
- The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.
- Any item purchased via telephone or internet must be returned directly to:

Return of faulty, incorrect or sub-standard products
Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge providing there is no evidence of the goods being damaged after delivery.
Return of items in order to exchange
By returning shoes for an exchange you are responsible for postage costs. Please email orders@flipflopflo.co.uk with details of your order and your desired replacement. An email will be sent detailing the postage costs for the replacements. This charge should be paid by cheque (Flo & Co) and be included with the original order.
Payment and taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and, Switch. All transactions are shown in UK £ sterling.
Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch your goods within 2 working days by recorded delivery. However, some orders may be dispatch at a later date but with our 28 day delivery policy. If, for some reason they are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to organise a replacement or back order.
All orders require a signature so please ensure the delivery address given will have someone to sign for it. Any orders that the Royal Mail are unable to deliver will be returned to your local sorting office for your collection. The Royal Mail only hold parcels for one week, thereafter the package is returned to us. Should this happen you will be expected to pay by cheque (Flo & Co) the charges for re-delivery.
Communication
We will attempt to communicate with mail order customers by email. All relevant information about your order will be sent to the email address you have provided to us.
Conformity of goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Disclaimer and limitations of liability
Flo & Co does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members agents directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Flo & Co, nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Flo & Co or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this web site, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
"The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Flo & Co and any other associated company of Flo & Co as if references to Flo & Co included references to each such associated company."
While Flo & Co uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this web site is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Flo & Co will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arsing from the use of such information
While Flo & Co takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this web site will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.
Further, Flo & Co will not be responsible or liable for your use of any other web sites which you may access via links within this web site. Flo & Co does not control these web sites and is not responsible for their content. Any such links are provided merely as a service to users of this web site and their inclusion in this web site does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with Flo & Co.
The entire liability of Flo & Co under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these conditions.
Flo & Co will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
Flo & Co may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with the specific permission in writing of Flo & Co
No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded
