Delivery & Returns

Standard Delivery

A pair costs £2.95 and £1.00 per additional pair delivered. Dispatched goods should reach you in the next two working days after receipt and clearance of payment.

Make sure someone is at delivery address as a signature will be required on delivery.

If goods are out of stock we will let you know, offering to keep the items on order or refund you.

Returns

Refunds are only offered if the goods are faulty. Please let us know by email within 7 days if there are any problems (returns@flipflopflo.co.uk)

We will provide a full refund of all faulty goods. However, we will not be able to provide a refund for any goods that appear to have been used or worn.

Returns Procedure

Please follow this procedure when returning items:

  1. email us at returns@flipflopflo.co.uk with the following details:
    • Details of the goods you are returning.
    • Your order number.
    • Reason for return.
  2. We will reply with postage instructions and specific returns number.
  3. Please ensure you get a proof of posting (this is free at any PO counter). Please note if a return item goes missing in the post we cannot issue a refund unless you can produce a proof of posting.

Exchanges

Should you require a different size or colour to what you originally ordered please contact me first by email returns@flipflopflo.co.uk and arrange the exchange before sending the goods back to us.

You will be required to cover postage costs.
